Cynthia Thompson
Director

Cynthia C. Thompson has been a Director since March 31, 1999. Ms. Thompson founded Quest Entertainment, Inc., a gaming technology company, in August of 2003. She serves as the Chairman of the Board and is the President/Chief Executive Officer. In July, 1998, Ms. Thompson founded Intuitive Solutions International a consulting company focused on capital formation for growth companies and she serves as the President/Chief Executive Officer. From June 1993 to June 1998 Ms. Thompson was the Director, Corporate Finance for DE Frey & Company., Inc. a brokerage firm. From June 1987 to May 1992 Ms. Thompson was a representative of the Institutional Sales Group at Shearson Lehman Brothers (EF Hutton) focused on bank and institutional accounts.
