Eugene Boyle, J.D., M.B.A.
Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Director

Eugene Boyle is the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operations Officer, and a Director of Samaritan Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Boyle received a BSE in Computer Engineering and Applied Mathematics from Tulane University, served in the US Navy as a Lt. during the Gulf War and then went on to get his MBA from Babson College and JD from Concord University.

Mr. Boyle is a registered patent agent and admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) in all matters relating to patents. He has extensive experience in all aspects of innovation and technology transfer. He has passed the first of three yearly exams to be classified as a Chartered Financial Analyst(CFA), as well as the series 7 and 63 securities brokerage registered representative exams, although he is not a practicing representative. He also served on Nevada Gold & Casino's (AMEX:UWN) Advisory Board from 1999 to 2003.
