Kristi Eads, J.D.
Vice President of Business Development and Corporate Secretary


Kristi Eads, J.D., Vice President of Business Development, joined Samaritan Pharmaceuticals in 2000, and has functioned as Vice President of Samaritan since January of 2004.

Ms. Eads works with Samaritan’s business development team to optimize Samaritan’s licensing and partnering opportunities by executing business development initiatives and assisting with strategic planning.

Ms. Eads obtained her juris doctorate from Concord University and has a bachelor of arts from the University of Oregon.
