SAMARITAN PHARMACEUTICALS EUROPE :: Athens, Greece

Samaritan has established its European headquarters in Athens, Greece which we believe will provide access to the markets of Eastern Europe, Asia and Africa; These are regions with a high proportion of HIV patients and a target population for our most advanced drug, SP-01A.

The main focus of Samaritan Europe (SE) will include:

European Clinical Trials and Regulatory Approval
Samaritan Europe will be responsible for clinical trials, and the regulatory approval, of all of its drug candidates in Europe as a whole, with a focus on low-cost clinical trials in southeast Europe, Asia, Africa and other countries.

Samaritan Europe's first task will be to initiate Samaritan's latest stage HIV drug through European clinical trials and regulatory approval with the FDA's European counterpart, the European Agency for the Evaluation of Medical Products (EMEA).

However, in the future, all cancer drug development and operations will move to Europe where the laboratory will focus on cancer drug and diagnostic candidates.

Marketing and Distribution Arm
“Samaritan Pharmaceuticals Europe” intends to develop a sales and marketing infrastructure in order to market SP-01A and to cater to the needs of the under serviced region of South Eastern and Central Eastern Europe. SE plans to implement these plans by forming agreements for niche high valued products from other biotechnology companies.
